That's right, email has finally come to SixLinks!

Right now, it's just for discussions, but that will probably help everyone the most!

Some things you should know:

• You can get a new message every time someone posts in a discussion you've favorited.


• To favorite a discussion, either click the star on the left, or simply leave the new "follow this discussion" checkbox checked when you post.


• If you're getting more email than you want, you can do one of two things:




• 1. Unfavorite the discussion that's sending you lots of messages, or


• 2. Turn off email for discussions completely in your profile.

Some other small, urgent bugs were also fixed tonight, and rest assured that all the bugs everyone's reported will get fixed up, by Feb 1st at the very very latest!

(One note: if you've previously favorited a discussion, and email doesn't work for you, please unfavorite and refavorite it. A bug was fixed in this update that prevented things from working properly, and simply resetting your favorite will fix it. Thanks!)
