The text where comments goes if you aren't logged in currently says: "If you don't have an account, you'll need one. We recognize that this is a pain, but we do it to keep spambots from flooding the site. If this really bothers, you, please let us know. We're listening!"
And "We're listening!" links to suggestions. Which you can't use if you aren't logged in. It kind of makes us sound like we aren't really listening.
