This is an extension of the high mpg car guide. These vehicles can run solely on electricity and so can be very clean alternatives that still let you get around the way you do now. You still need to drive well and drive less when possible, but having a vehicle of this sort greatly minimizes your transportation impact. We've grouped not having a car in here because it likely has similarly low transportation emissions.
