The head is not more native to the heart,
The hand more instrumental to the mouth,
Than is the throne of Denmark to thy father.

I think that means that the head was designed to advance the desires of the heart, the hand to feed the mouth, and the king to serve Laerte's dad. The important part being the first phrase.
