Awkward phrasing on transportation overview

Status: Done!
Votes: 10
Description:
"The best thing to do is to do as"

double do seems odd.

Maybe "The best option is to do as.."

or "The best thing to do is to accomplish (complete) as..."

Will be up soon.

I also dislike the first sentence -- so much I could not read past it. I won't edit the whole thing, but I feel like the first sentence on each page should be strong.

Decades of cheap petroleum fuel have gotten the developed world used to the idea of being able to move ourselves and our stuff around with very little cost using gasoline and diesel fuels.

The phrase "have gotten ... used to" is colloquial, and while I know that is the site's voice, it bothered me :)

"cheap petroleum fuel" and "very little cost using gasoline and diesel fuels" at the beginning and end seems redundant.

Suggestion:
Decades of cheap petroleum fuel have accustomed the developed world to being able to move ourselves and our stuff around with very little cost.

That sentence is probably not my greatest work. I'll find a way to reword it to make it easier to read. Keep letting us know as you find these sorts of things.
