We have one particularly problematic spammer, and we're working on a few means to detect and eliminate them - though obviously we're not giving away the technical details publicly.

For the moment, know that we're checking the site throughout the day, and deleting all spam as soon as it's spotted.

Should you spot spam before we do, the suggestion feature's a great way to let us know about it - this instance was deleted about 45 seconds after you posted your suggestion.

The bigger problem is when the spammer causes an autogenerated email. This particular one didn't, but at least one previous one did. Unfortunately quick response doesn't solve that problem. Not sure what a good solution is, but you probably want to avoid being a carrier for spam, since my guess is if people start marking the spam emails as spam it may cause large numbers of the sixlinks emails to be flagged as spam by email filters.
